Martha Best Consulting is a marketing consultancy service based in the North West of England that delivers support to businesses who have achieved rapid growth or are in the midst of organisational change. Often times businesses that have seen phenomenal success but have not had the time or resources to consider the right structure, process or marketing plan moving forwards.

We achieve results by delivering guidance and support to senior marketing and advertising leaders and their direct teams in the definition of the most appropriate propositions, products, growth plans, processes, team structures, marketing strategies & tactics.

Introducing Claire

MB Consultancy group was founded in 2022 following a 20+ year long career in advertising and marketing.

With experience in a broad range of board-level agency and client-side roles in advertising, marketing and production, I have worked in some of the worlds biggest agency networks as well as the most respected creative independents, and as such can bring a depth and breadth of relevant business experience to any brief.

I also have an exceptional grasp on the challenges faced by service businesses, from the best way to structure high performing teams to delivering efficient processes and workflow.

A thorough audit of the approach to client services including an audit of account handling teams, culture, ways of working, client service processes and strength of client relationships. The output of which is an in depth improvement plan and roadmap to help refine and optimise as well as a robust recommendation on driving client satisfaction as well as growth.
